1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at savoytx.com (the “Site”), operated by Savoy Companies, including its subsidiaries Savoy Equity Partners, LLC, Savoy General Contractors, LLC, and Savoy Residential, LLC (collectively, “Savoy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Savoy is a vertically integrated multifamily real estate platform based in Dallas, Texas. The Site provides information about our services, which include:
Real estate investment management (Savoy Equity Partners)
General contracting and construction services (Savoy General Contractors)
Property management services (Savoy Residential)
The Site allows visitors to learn about our company, submit inquiries, subscribe to our newsletter, access third-party portals, and explore career opportunities. The Site does not provide transactional services and is informational in nature.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Savoy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Savoy Companies. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Site or its content
Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods
Download, reproduce, or store any content unless expressly permitted
Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Site into another website or application

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall savoy, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

In no Event Shall Savoy’s Total Aggregate Liability To You For All Claims Arising Out Of or Related To The Site or These Terms Exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
Some Jurisdictions do Not Allow The Exclusion or Limitation Of Certain Warranties or Damages, So Some Of The Above Exclusions And Limitations May Not Apply To You. In Such Jurisdictions, Our Liability Shall Be Limited To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savoy, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@savoytx.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial written notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as set forth in Section 12.
14. Modifications to Site and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice or liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Savoy may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Savoy.
18. Force Majeure
Savoy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savoy regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not govern any investment relationship, which shall be governed exclusively by applicable subscription agreements, private placement memoranda, operating agreements, or other definitive transaction documents.
