This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through third-party websites or services linked from our Site, each of which maintains its own privacy practices.

Investor Portal. Our Site links to a third-party investor portal for account access and reporting. Information you provide through the investor portal is subject to that platform’s privacy policy and our applicable investment agreements.

Resident Portal. Our Site links to a third-party resident portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and resident services. Information you provide through the resident portal is subject to that platform’s privacy policy.

Analytics Services. We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our Site. These services may collect information about your use of our Site, including pages visited and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us at the same email address. We will respond to your appeal within sixty (60) days. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.

7.2 California Residents — California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
