The Campbell Apartments were purchased in the midst of a million-dollar insurance claim. Savoy was engaged during due diligence to take over handling the insurance claim and properly scope the restoration work. More than 200 units were affected by water damage from frozen pipes, and all units were ultimately renovated and restored to like-new condition. This project included both interior and exterior work, as well as a clubhouse renovation and amenity upgrades.

The Bernard fire reconstruction was a 16-unit apartment building that suffered fire damage from a tenant fire. Savoy rebuilt the building to new condition with additional renovation upgrades, demonstrating expertise in insurance loss restoration.

The Argyle Apartments exterior renovation preserved original details of brick and cast stone while incorporating modern elements including energy-efficient windows and doors. Savoy is delivering The Parker Apartments as a 127-unit ground-up multifamily development in South Dallas. This three-building project features contemporary architecture with phased delivery, bringing quality workforce housing to the Bishop Ridge area. Savoy GC was engaged to restore this 20 unit apartment complex that suffered a double insurance loss from both the freezing of plumbing pipes and a small apartment fire in 4 of the units. This scope included reframing all the units and optimizing the existing floor plans while repairing everything to new condition and up to date design. The modern style with clean lines lended to this property successful lease up and ultimate exit for the owner.

Savoy GC was engaged to rebuild and fully renovate this 26-unit property, which was half burned-down and vandalized at acquisition. Through a full-gut renovation, the team reconstructed the interiors from the studs out – installing new walls, fixtures, appliances, and finishes – while enhancing security and curb appeal. Now known as Hoskins 90, the property emerged as a completely revitalized apartment community achieving strong market rents (around $2/SF). This dramatic transformation turned a blighted shell into a like-new, modern living environment that quickly reached high occupancy.

Following a roof collapse and complete vacancy, Savoy performed a meticulous historic renovation – strengthening the structure, reconfiguring all unit interiors, and installing new modern finishes and building systems. The project preserved the building’s vintage brick charm while delivering Class A interiors comparable to new construction. Now reintroduced as Marquita Court Apartments, the property combines pre-war character with contemporary comfort and has quickly achieved full occupancy at premium rents.

Savoy completely renovated this 29-unit historic apartment building (Perrin Flats at Bishop Ridge) to blend modern living with preserved character.
