Savoy Companies is a vertically integrated Texas multifamily real estate platform headquartered in Dallas. Since 2011, we've operated approximately 8,000 units across Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. We've deployed $142 million in equity across 58 Texas apartment projects, including 25 Opportunity Zone investments.

Our vertical integration — investment, construction, property management, and shared services under one roof — gives us direct access to the operational data CPAs need under the new OBBBA reporting requirements (IRC §§6039K and 6039L). FTE counts, AMI tranches, NAICS codes, unit-level details. The disclosures live in our shop.
