Bio

Seth Bame is Co-CEO and co-founder of Savoy Companies, a vertically integrated Texas multifamily real estate platform encompassing Savoy Equity Partners, Savoy General Contractors, and Savoy Residential.

Seth co-founded the firm in 2011 with Barrett Linburg, starting with the acquisition of an 8-unit apartment building in Oak Lawn, Dallas. While Barrett focused on capital formation and investor relations, Seth built the operational engine — founding Indio Management (now Savoy Residential) and growing it into a 7,100 unit property management platform, then integrating construction capabilities under what is now Savoy General Contractors.

Seth leads day-to-day operations across all three Savoy divisions. He oversees property management operations for 60+ communities and 7,100 units, coordinates construction project delivery for $200M+ in completed projects, and ensures the vertically integrated model functions as a single accountable platform rather than three separate companies. His operational philosophy — treating every property with an owner's mindset regardless of whether Savoy holds an equity position — defines the culture across all 150+ Savoy employees.

The property management platform Seth built has renovated 13,000+ apartment units over its lifetime, demonstrating the deep integration between the PM and GC divisions. Under his leadership, Savoy Residential manages everything from 20-unit boutique properties in East Dallas to 2,000+ unit institutional portfolios — a range of scale elasticity that most mid-market operators cannot replicate.

Seth's signature achievement is the Bishop Ridge portfolio in Oak Cliff, Dallas: 19 communities, 716 units, 34+ full-gut renovations, and multiple new-construction buildings across four contiguous blocks — all managed, constructed, and operated under one roof with zero resident displacement. Bishop Ridge is the clearest proof of concept for the vertically integrated model Seth built.

Seth holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Seth is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
